Junior IT Systems Administrator

Administer, maintain and optimize dev, QA and production environments in Windows and Linux, across multiple AWS regions

Write, maintain and perform various shell scripting tasks, automated software deployment tools, configuration and data backup operations for disaster recovery.

Collaborating with software development teams to troubleshoot issues and identify bottlenecks

Support development team in maintaining a continuous software deployment and configuration management model.

Implement network traffic and security monitoring software and hardware, and optimize server utilization and performance

Part of customer support team for customers experiencing difficulties with deployed application software, including installation, upgrades and routine system maintenance.
